Policies

Payment - by cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. (Sorry, no cheques accepted.)  

Gift Certificates - are not redeemable for cash.  Any remaining balance will be a credit towards your next service.

Cancellations - please provide at least 8 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Your Scheduled Appointment - please arrive on time.  If you are late I may need to adjust your service, which may reduce its effectiveness and your enjoyment.  Your appointment will end on time so as not to delay the next client.  If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cell Phones - to ensure your service is relaxing, please refrain from cell phone use during your service.

Children - please arrange for child care so you can truly relax during your service.
